I;ve been using computers since the age of five or si years old this means that I’ve Ben using “beige boxes” for what will become thirty-six years as of new-years day 2025. My computing journey began like many other people of the early to mid nineteen-nineties with MS Dos (M$D$s) and progressed up threw the Windows li ne of operating systems however, my family skipped over Windows ME Edition and went to Windows Xp.
This was also the period in which I started playing several Triple a computer games like those in the early iterations of the Age of Empires franchise. This was also the period of time that I started to dabble around with various GNU/Linux distributions like Debian for example in addition I was also playing around software suites like Apache Open Office and xchat(irc chat)progam as well as mIRC their Windows version cost somewhere around $30 USD.
